with Coach Key

New episodes return late fall. The business is only part of the story.

Conversations about the behavior, decisions, leadership, identity, life and follow-through required to lead what you’ve built. Hosted by Coach Key, Behavior Change Strategist.

Returning late fall

True CEO is coming back.
This time, it’s personal.

True CEO started as a conversation about entrepreneurship. But the longer I’ve built businesses, led people, coached CEOs and lived my own life, the clearer something has become: the business is rarely the whole story.

New episodes return late fall. I’m Coach Key, Behavior Change Strategist, and we’re going to talk about the person, the behavior, the decisions and the follow-through behind the title. Until then, the first twenty-eight episodes are still there to work through.

Chapter one

Where it started

True CEO began in 2023 as a co-hosted conversation about entrepreneurship, recorded with Acacia Smith, LaVonne Shields and Sonya Songer. Twenty-eight episodes on scale, strategy, finance and leadership. Those episodes are still there, and they are still good. The show has simply grown into something wider.

Bring something real.

True CEO is not a promotional interview. If you have built something and you are willing to talk about what it actually took — including the parts that did not work — I want the conversation.
