Program Terms and Automatic Renewal
Last updated: 15 August 2026
These Program Terms apply when you enroll in any coaching, mentorship, or workshop program offered by The Hayes Project, 9333 Baseline Rd, Suite 290, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. They form a contract between you and us and are in addition to our Terms of Use.
1. Programs Covered
These terms cover one-to-one mentorship, group programs, cohort intensives, workshops, and any subscription or payment-plan offering sold through this site or through an enrollment link we send you. The specific scope, length, session count, and price for your program are stated on the checkout page or in your enrollment agreement, which is incorporated here by reference.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old. Enrollment is confirmed only when payment (or the first payment of a plan) is received and we send a confirmation email. Seats in cohort programs are limited and are allocated in the order enrollments are completed. We may decline or end an enrollment if the program is not an appropriate fit; in that case we refund amounts paid for services not yet delivered.
3. Fees, Billing, and Payment Authorization
By enrolling you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the program fee, including each installment of a payment plan on its scheduled date, plus any applicable tax. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and access may be paused until the balance is cleared. Declined or reversed payments may incur a fee of up to twenty-five dollars where permitted by law.
4. Automatic Renewal
If your program is a subscription or recurring membership, it renews automatically at the end of each term at the then-current rate, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. Before your first enrollment we disclose the recurring amount, the billing frequency, and the cancellation method, and we send an email confirming those details after purchase. Where California’s automatic renewal law requires it, we send a renewal reminder before the charge. You may cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
5. How to Cancel
Cancel by emailing info@strategicbehaviorconsultants.com with the subject line “Cancel” from the email address on your account, or by using the cancel link in your billing confirmation email. We confirm every cancellation in writing. We do not require a phone call to cancel.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions: you may cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge; fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Cohorts and intensives: you may request a full refund within seven days of purchase provided you have not attended more than one live session or downloaded the full program materials. Payment plans: cancelling does not cancel the remaining balance for services already scheduled or delivered. One-to-one mentorship: unused prepaid sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis. If we cancel a program, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered services.
7. Session Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Sessions are booked through the scheduling link we provide. Please reschedule at least twenty-four hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice, and no-shows after a fifteen-minute wait, are counted as delivered. Prepaid sessions expire twelve months after purchase unless stated otherwise.
8. Client Responsibilities
Progress depends on your participation. You agree to attend scheduled sessions, complete agreed practice between sessions, respond to communication in reasonable time, and give accurate information about your situation so the work is useful.
9. Confidentiality
We keep what you share in sessions confidential and will not disclose it except with your permission, to our contractors under confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship. In group settings, participants are asked to keep other members’ disclosures private, but we cannot guarantee their conduct.
10. Scope of Services and No Guarantee of Results
Programs are professional and educational coaching. They are not therapy, counselling, medical or psychiatric care, diagnosis, a behavior-analytic treatment relationship, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing we provide substitutes for care from a licensed professional, and you should seek that care where appropriate. Results depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, revenue, or result. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
11. Community Conduct
Group spaces are held to a simple standard: be respectful, keep confidences, and stay on topic. Harassment, discrimination, solicitation of other members, and sharing program materials outside the group are grounds for removal without refund.
12. Program Materials and License
Workbooks, recordings, frameworks, and assessment tools are licensed to you for your personal use for the duration of your enrollment and any stated access period. You may not copy, resell, publish, share logins, or use the materials to build or deliver a competing program.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your participation for non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct that harms the group. Where we end participation for cause, refunds are limited to amounts paid for services not yet delivered, at our discretion.
14. Changes to Programs or Pricing
We may adjust curriculum, format, schedule, or facilitators to improve a program. For recurring programs, we will give at least thirty days’ notice before a price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before the new rate applies.
15. Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved directly. These terms are governed by California law, and any unresolved dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California. You agree to raise any billing dispute with us before initiating a chargeback.
